How do I get a refund?
Skill subscriptions can be canceled at any time. For refund requests, email us at support@clawsoup.com with your account email and the skill name. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@clawsoup.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
How do developer payouts work?
Developers earn 80% of net revenue from skill sales. Payouts are processed monthly through Stripe once you meet the minimum payout threshold. You can track your earnings in the Developer Dashboard.
I found a security vulnerability. How do I report it?
We take security seriously. Please report any security vulnerabilities to support@clawsoup.com with the subject line "Security Report." We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and work with you to understand and address the issue.
