How do I get a refund?

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. For refund requests, email us at support@clawsoup.com with your account email. See our Terms of Service for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@clawsoup.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

What render formats are supported?

ClawSoup supports PNG, SVG, and PDF output formats. You can render from JSON primitives or custom HTML. Check the API Docs for details.

I found a security vulnerability. How do I report it?

We take security seriously. Please report any security vulnerabilities to support@clawsoup.com with the subject line "Security Report." We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and work with you to understand and address the issue.
